The Huntington Museum of Art will offer free admission from Feb. 14-19, 2023, as many galleries will be deinstalled as the Museum prepares to install the Museum Ball, which is presented by Mountain Health Network and will take place on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2023, from 6 to 11 p.m. The Museum Ball is a major fundraiser for the Huntington Museum of Art. Preparing for Museum Ball | Feb. 21-26, 2023

The Huntington Museum of Art will be closed to the public from Feb. 21-26, 2023, to install the Museum Ball; to host the Museum Ball Presented by Mountain Health Network on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2023, from 6 to 11 p.m.; and to deinstall the Museum Ball on Sunday, Feb. 26, 2023. Artist Presentation | March 30, 2023

Walter Gropius Master Artist Donna Polseno will discuss her work during a free public presentation at the Huntington Museum of Art on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at 7 p.m. A reception follows the presentation.



CONCERT: “FROM HUNTINGTON TO ABBEY ROAD” | May 6, 2023 at 2 p.m.

Award-winning pianist and Huntington native Ed Bazel will perform in concert at the Huntington Museum of Art on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at 2 p.m. This free concert will take place in HMA’s Grace Rardin Doherty Auditorium. Bazel’s instrumental compositions are described as “romantic, melodic, thoughtful and sometimes haunting.” Enjoy melodies from his latest album, The London Sessions: Reflections from Studio 2, recorded in June 2022 at the legendary Abbey Road Studios in London. During the concert, Bazel will share stories of his musical journey that took him from Huntington to Los Angeles, Nashville, and London where he achieved a lifelong goal. For this special homecoming concert, Bazel will be accompanied by West Virginia native and violinist Laura Epling, cellist Maggie Chafee and a guest appearance by flutist Karri Sarka Fischer of Huntington.
