The C. Fred Edwards Conservatory at HMA will be closing at 4 p.m. on Saturday, August 13, 2022, for a private event.



Hilltop Book Fair | August 20 and 21, 2022

The Hilltop Book Fair, a fundraiser for the Huntington Museum of Art, is scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 20, 2022, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, August 21, 2022, from noon to 5 p.m. Admission to the event is $5 on August 20 and free on August 21. Used books are $2 for each paperback and $3 for each hardcover book on August 20. Used books are $10 per box on August 21, with the boxes provided by the Huntington Museum of Art. Hilltop Book Fair is sponsored by the West Virginia Department of Arts, Culture and History through its West Virginia Fairs and Festivals. August Tuesday Tour | August 23, 2022, at 7 p.m.

A tasting tour of the C. Fred Edwards Conservatory will take place on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at 7 p.m. The event will include samples of food from plants similar to the ones that grow in the C. Fred Edwards Conservatory at HMA. This free event is part of the 4th Tuesday Tour Series at HMA.



Museum Closed for Holiday | September 5, 2022

The Huntington Museum of Art will be closed for the Labor Day holiday on September 5, 2022.



Fine Art Auction | October 1, 2022

HMA will conduct its 7th Annual Fine Art Auction fundraiser on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022, at 2 p.m. as an online and in-person event. A preview of the auction items takes place at HMA on Oct. 1 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The museum is proud again to be partnering with Garth’s Auctioneers & Appraisers of Columbus, Ohio, for this event. The works included in the sale were consigned by generous members and supporters of the Museum and will be available for viewing on the Invaluable website before the auction. (Please check back closer to the event for a link to the online catalog.) A buyer’s premium of 15 percent will be added to all successful bids executed in-house, and a buyer’s premium of 25 percent will be added to all successful bids made on the Invaluable website during this event. A significant amount of proceeds from this fundraising event will benefit the Huntington Museum of Art.
