Artist Presentation | March 30, 2023

Walter Gropius Master Artist Donna Polseno will discuss her work during a free public presentation at the Huntington Museum of Art on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at 7 p.m. A reception follows the presentation.



Opening Reception | April 22, 2023, at 2 p.m.

The Opening Reception for Portfolio 2023, an exhibit celebrating the artwork of Tri-State Area students, will take place on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at 2 p.m. Admission is free.



EcoArts Festival at HMA | April 25, 2023, from 5 to 8 p.m.

The Museum Store at the Huntington Museum of Art will host an EcoArts Festival on April 25, 2023, from 5 to 8 p.m. The event will feature eco-friendly artisan vendors and food trucks. This is a 4th Tuesday Tour Series event at HMA. Vendors who are eco-friendly in the production of their artwork and who are interested in being juried into the event may contact HMA Director of Guest Services Raine Klover at [email protected] by March 10, 2023.



CONCERT: “FROM HUNTINGTON TO ABBEY ROAD” | May 6, 2023 at 2 p.m.

Award-winning pianist and Huntington native Ed Bazel will perform in concert at the Huntington Museum of Art on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at 2 p.m. This free concert will take place in HMA’s Grace Rardin Doherty Auditorium. Bazel’s instrumental compositions are described as “romantic, melodic, thoughtful and sometimes haunting.” Enjoy melodies from his latest album, The London Sessions: Reflections from Studio 2, recorded in June 2022 at the legendary Abbey Road Studios in London. During the concert, Bazel will share stories of his musical journey that took him from Huntington to Los Angeles, Nashville, and London where he achieved a lifelong goal. For this special homecoming concert, Bazel will be accompanied by West Virginia native and violinist Laura Epling, cellist Maggie Chafee and a guest appearance by flutist Karri Sarka Fischer of Huntington.
