Museum Shop to Offer Holiday Preview on Nov. 7, 2017, at HMA

The Huntington Museum of Art's Museum Shop offers its annual Holiday Preview from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2017. Light refreshments will be served.

During the Holiday Preview, decorations and gift items will be for sale along with artwork by regional artists. The event will also feature the new book “Through Children’s Eyes: Exploring the Huntington Museum of Art” (published by Headline Books) by Suzanne Alexander, a longtime HMA docent who will be present to sign books at the event from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. In addition, The Museum Shop features apparel, scarves, jewelry, books, toys, baby gifts and wedding gifts and a variety of handmade items from local artists.

"The Holiday Preview is a fun way to start the holiday shopping season at the Museum. At this event we enjoy seeing longtime supporters and friends of the Huntington Museum of Art and meeting new customers as well," said Ashley Saunders, Museum Shop Manager. "We are also pleased that this year's Holiday Preview is on the same day as a 7 p.m. performance by the Musical Arts Guild in HMA's auditorium."

Tuesdays are free admission days at HMA and visitors to the Holiday Preview will be able to visit the C. Fred Edwards Conservatory and HMA's current exhibits. Free Tuesdays in 2017 are generously sponsored by Macy's.
